1 GB ram. don't bother.
1gb bit low screen res low as well bit over priced £60 max uk £45 china,
bit chilly
Voat

1 GB ram. don't bother.

While I wouldn't say this is a great deal, android runs fine on 1Gb. Both my phone and my tablet cope pretty well considering I abuse them.
Not one for the phone snobs or games players perhaps, but if anyone was looking for
an unlocked 4G Android Lollipop phone
that takes two active sims
and has an SD card slot (on top of 16Gb internal storage)
and a decent 5" display
with a straightforward UK 3 year guarantee ...

... then I think this looks like a pretty good deal. So, hot from me.

/// even if it isn't a Moto G and doesn't have an Apple logo ... its hard to see why this should be voted cold. It might not be what you personally were after, but it certainly isn't a bad deal.

I don't know what this handset is like and not wanting to sound like a spoilsport but I'm not too confident with the "3 year warranty".
Is Aldi's customer service better then Lidl's?
If its anything like trying to deal with Lidl, I'd give it a miss!
1gb of ram is not enough...... When will phone makers take this on board!

It may not be enough for all your computing 'needs', but for a sub-£90 phone, it is fine, really.
My own Moto G v1 4G seems perfectly happy on 5.1 with its 1gb of RAM ...

Personally, I'd rather have a 3-year warranty at my local Aldi than have to accept a total loss when a high-featured direct-from-China cheapie fails after a few months.
But I do recognise that there are alternative choices ...

Maybe you have a problem with your local branch.

I have returned stuff to both Lidl and Aldi, and (with the receipt) had no problems whatsoever with the staff in my local branches.
Heat added..
I currently have IPhone 4s . Which now runs slow , although I don't update firmware... Wasn't when new , so I'm sure Apple do something to them when they get old to get you to buy a new one lol .. In middle of sim only contract . Bought the medion from there start of year which I use for running , Nike plus and fm radio. Reduced to £59.. Just as good as iPod if not better . So may pick one of these up today, as its 4g and will see my contract out... Should be better than the one last year

Very happy with phone
Very similar to Samsung s5
Went from iPhone 4s
Same size and s5 and iPhone 6
Screen looks as clear as iPhone 6 too :-)
