The asus has the better spec, if your happy to undervolt it you should see the temps drop, I managed to get my hp omen 1060gtx lappy undervolted nicely on the cpu, and gpu, I still couldn't handle how loud the fans got to keep it cool so I sent it back for a refund. The problem is that they get so hot they thermal throttle, so instead of running at the speeds they say they should, they dont. Then you end up paying over the odds for a laptop that's not doing what it should.
This has a 25ms response time. Not ideal for fps they saved money on the panel.
