Has anyone used this model? Is it good? I've only seen Tom Toms in action, how does it compare to them? Thanks.

Oh and the site says £44.99 + p&p so it's even cheaper!

Thanks for the heads-up.

When U get to the Medion site do a PNA350 search. It is there at that price and it does have TMC.

A TomTom at £500 is infinitely better value than these useless pieces of junk.

i am sure this is a very old model
lucks quite ugly
there is another nicer looking one on the medion website for about the same price
which is the GoPal® PNA315 Navigation System MD96197for £44.99
which is alot newer model and uses their GOPAL MAPS which are much better
heres the link if any of you are interested
medionshop.co.uk/?ar…=en
there is also a 50 % off sale at halfords at the min.
and their Navigon 2100 Max is only £99.99 reduced from £199.99
and after looking at the write ups seems very good indeed
it has a 4.3 inch wide screen and even tells you what lane to be in at junctions
there is also a 3.5 inch version for £89.99 on there but for an extra tenner would
go for the 4.3 inch version
help this helps you all

I think you maybe missing the point! If someone had £500 this may well be good advice, but most don't! If you think this is such poor value, point people at other devices of similar price that are better!

As to other comments that it's an old device, this is certainly likely which is why we can pick it up for a bargain price. Being old doesn't make something useless, it may bring limitations, like speed or old maps however that doesn't invalidate if it's a deal. Our roads don't change that much every year for example.

I am not saying this device is any good, I don't know if it is or isn't as I haven't looked at it in detail, just don't write something off for apparently bad comments check into each to know what you are buying.

Yes the 315 is a newer model but doesn't come with a TMC which is worth about an extra £30
