Is medion a good brand. Do they make good quality products??? Has anyone used medion before???
Hmm, not sure why the price was edited from £479.99. The price you pay is £479.99 as it is on buy now pay later - similar to other Very deals. It's not cashback.
very review. Shame cos it's sounds like a good laptop otherwise.

I got my laptop earlier today, and was until the last half hour very pleased with it.. howver as it's got darker, and I've turned on the normal living room lights, the keys are now unreadable to me..

I'd send it back as it is so bad but VERY traps you with their t&c's which state the laptop is unreturnable once it's been used and logged on.

Now if I'd just unboxed, I'd have noticed the problem right away and returned.. but as it was daylight the problem wasn't apparent.

Utterly disappointed, this spoils what on the face of it is a nice laptop..

This review was left by a complete numbskull. The clues are in the review itself. 1) The reviewer "thought" it had a backlit keyboard, while the spec clearly doesn't mention that it has this feature. 2) From the pictures, it doesn't even remotely look like it has a backlit keyboard. 3). This negative review is entirely based on the fact that this fool can't read a simple specification. I have a cheaper Medion laptop that is not my main machine, but I am VERY happy with it. My first programming lecturer used to recommend Medion laptops to all of his students, as you get way more machine for your money than you do with any other brand. If I wasn't so happy with my main machine, I'd definitely snap for this.
Heat.

Firstly I don’t think it’s necessary to be offensive to make your point. Secondly, I’m not convinced its related to having a non-backlit keyboard. The review mentions the ‘normal’ living room lights so unless these are candles it should be possible to read a keyboard under artificial light as opposed to daylight. Could be that the printing on the keys is shiny/faint so you need very bright ambient light...?

It would be useful if an owner could confirm the specific issue.
