It is getting cold, that's promising as the Dell deal started the same.
Considering the price I thought it is a good deal. I am sure 8GB cards are around £9.99
The Toshiba one I bought from Tesco for £99 was really bad and took it back.

i got a full hd camcorder now, unknown make, but the picture is superb

How much was it?

very tempted by this, good specs for the money. Only thing putting me off is optical zoom only 5x and 128MB internal memory is pretty useless...

Voted hot though, as you can get a 16GB SDHC card for about £20 these days!

Better deal at Aldi, £119.99 10x zoom , 4gb card , 2 batteries & 3 year warranty

Good deal but no mention of HDMI, I have have my Camcorder connected to TV by HDMI to watch recordings. Never hooked to pc yet!

i would be tempted by this, as the specs are very good on paper for the price.

but i have not manged to find any reviews for it, maybe because its new. but its putting me off buying it

i'm tempted as well - anybody want to get one and tell us what it's like?? You can always return it via 7 day rule :-D

The fact that it is available as B-grade is non reassuring. People must have been returning it. doesn't have HDMI either.

hmmm - very true...medion it is then, if i can convince the missus that i need an early Christmas pressie :-D
