May have been posted previously but can't find anything recent .

My meerkat movies expired today and was looking for a replacement but already had my car insurance through direct line .

Go to compare the market
Select travel insurance and U.K. Travel for one day and say your are traveling alone .

I got quoted £1.70 purchased the insurance and now I have 2 for 1 cinema tickets for the year .

The outlay of £1.70 is made up after one cinema ticket .

It can take 24-48 hours to validate when setting it up .

Offer excludes meerkat toy .

Thanks

What, this is great! I'm going to try it now, thanks

£2.70 for me, still cheaper though

Anybody know if you can use the 2 for 1 tickets for an adult and a child or is it adult only? Looked through the t&cs but can't see anything

No worries I know been posted previously but not for 8 months so just wanted to let any new HUK dealers aware .

Did you shop around OP as Direct Line are usually one of top 3 highest quotes when we get insurance?

Yeah was the cheapest I could find this year I was with Tesco bank but they ramped it up by 40% and I've not made a claim and same car

I have just had mine validated for paying £1.42 with buying Travel Insurance for 2 days in UK. Got my 1st code this evening.

Thank you £1.70 for me when I selected 2 days insurance in the uk. Was showing up £2.80 for one day

Brilliant find heat added.

Purchased the insurance at£1.70 how do I claim the 2for1 movies?

Thanks. You the man!

I know it's still a bargain but anyone else realise it's a 6months meerkat movies deal and not 1year

It's been a while since I've used them (was orange Wednesday back then), these still set days?

Used to be for me then last year came out cheapest.... insurance varies too much so you can never tell who is going to be cheap or expensive until you get quotes.

Worked a treat...Cheers op

Don't they hike the prices on the bogof days though? It's more like bogohp. Heat for the savings still

Has anyone had problems with junk mail/calls after signing up to this?

usually a 2for1 on tuesday/wednesday ends up costing me about £9 for two tickets so not bad.

Depends who serves you, 50% of the time we manage to get the cheap ticket (Tuesday) and then one free. Paid just under £5 for two of us to see La La Land last week at Cineworld , but then other times they make you pay the normal non discounted rate for the first ticket. Also have no idea how it came in at under £5 , but didn't like to query it
Edited by: "tinkerbellian" 25th Jan

just so people know: your cheapest ticket is free with meerkat movies, you pay full price for the other one

£1.42 for me cinema for me now!

£1.42 for me too

Might never use it - but with half term etc looming, might well.

Hmm... if i use my vitality reward cinema ticket, my NUS card (also a deal from here) and this - can take my son and his mate to the cinema for super cheap.

How does that work, as it says cheapest free?

Find if you got local included in the deal link.
