It is an xbox one game, not a 360 game, so yes it works on xbox one
It's nice that they're so faithfully reproduced, but I feel like such hard-line early 90s hard-as-sh*t games like these just don't wash any more.
Shovel Knight is much more to my taste (perfect retro platforming game that incorporates modern mechanics and design).
Any news on the UK price for that yet?

It's a shame (for me) that they didn't do this earlier as I own so many games now it wouldn't be good value
I think it will mainly benefit people who have recently picked up an xbone, for people like ourselves who have owned one for some time most of the games that interest us we would of played already
