This seems to be on clearance for £10, plus the 15% off that Homebase are doing; you can get this for £8.5, which for a tripod and light is great.

I bought a £6 (cheapest I could find) wall plug light witch a flexible lead and that was without a bulb.. So pay a little more and you get the whole tripod setup. Quite useful if you're working on something and need that extra light or any other situtations.

As in the tripod is fixed? Also does it come with a battery as it says "required" in the description?

The one I purchased for £12.75 folds in the middle and comes with a rechargeable battery and charger and can be used in any angle of fold...none of the tripods are fixed and are an option to use.

They have magnetic bases at both ends, hooks and both ends unscrew to reveal corded hanging points. Very good piece of kit for the money. Two brightness settings and flashing red for emergencies or discos!

That's the more expensive sku homebase.co.uk/fol…160

This looks like it's a cheaper, non folding model
Good luck trying to get any of these as I tried on Boxing day and any stock being shown on the website not existing in any stores i visited or contacted, apparently it happens a lot recently according to customer services...
Maidenhead showed 6, actually had 1 but that was in someones trolley already
Guildford showed 4, had 0
Oxford 6, had 0
Banbury 7, had 0

Phone up first or be already going nearby otherwise it could be a wasted trip
What's the length of these please?

That's horrible, you should have spoke to a manager, because maybe the person was not sure and wanted to just be on the safe side by refusing it.

It's a complete waste of paper, it's not like these are private voucher codes that you need show you can't duplicate it. It's on the internet and it's the 15% off everything until 31st..

I had it downloaded from Homebase website on my phone, just told them up front, they have a bar-code at tills to scan that applies the discount, no issues, just be upfront and polite and you should be fine.

Loads at Cromer Norfolk, nb, they didn’t appear that bright for the size of it.
I bought 3 tonight. Really pleased with them and will come in handy for a lot of things. Detailing a car being one of them with the LED lights
They were also available in twin packs without the stand for £10. I went for the twin pack as it gave potenially twice the light output.
I got two of the £15 folding ones which were £12.75 with the discount. My total order was for £41 and the assistant initially wouldn't take the voucher off my phone. A pregnant pause later and as I was saying "oh I won't bother then" i.e. you can put all this back on the shelf, then suddenly he called to a colleague about having a printout of the voucher on one of the tools and used that.
Quite impressed by the light output and the thought that has gone into the design. Came with a car charger as well as mains although I don't think this ones turns red.
