I've never been keen on a shiny dash much prefer a matte look but each to their own I guess.

Please, avoid the horrible shine. Something like Meguiars Quik interior detailer cleaner does the job and leaves the original appearance. (edited)

Never used this but if it's anything like the cream version it will be good.

Keep this stuff away from steering wheel and pedals.

Personal experience, I would avoid meguiars, I had two bottles spray gun snap, contacted both uk and web sites and was completely ignored, awful service, there's a reason why companies ignore things especially if there's a known issue
