4.8 out or 5 stars from 27 customer reviews so hopefully not too bad :-)

Seems like a good price to me for a 5 piece (3 in reality) bathroom suite.

There is another £30 delivery for orders less than £250 (easy enough to break that with a few add-ons or free if you want to collect).

yes.

Still voted it hot at that price

I'm still waiting for my refund from them - they sent me a cheap light pull that was made of plastic - they listed it as chrome. Chrome coloured yes, but not made with Chrome...

It's a good price but if you want it to last 20yrs +, get a Roca.

Be aware... they state that you check all contents within 48 hours or cannot return, just happened to my brother in law - check it, do not just store it

We ordered a toilet and vanity unit for the downstairs toilet from Victorian Plumb. Shipped via DHL, vanity unit smashed to smithereens when it arrived so it all went back.

You realise no matter what they say you still have consumer rights?

Judge by a review I think the old price included waste and tap. Still seems good, and I need a new suite ...

Beware Victorian Plumbing have very poor reputation, and terrible customer service. I was going to buy a basin and pedestal, then came across the poor reviews. People have reported that negative reviews of their products are blocked, so don't put too much faith in their positive reviews.

4% cashback via Quidco also.

I ordered the same suite from them last year and it is perfectly fine for the price. The loo seat is a waste of plastic though - Binned that straight away.

We are actually in the market for a new bathroom suite, will be popping out to our local Bath Store later. Looking to spend around the £300ish mark.

Any other alternatives would be greatly appreciated, thanks

We have just bought from bathempire.....bath, toilet (soft close quality seat) and sink for £262 delivered with code. Excellent quality. The sink/toilet is sold out but they deliver as soon as they are in stock, it happened with my basin, but delivered a week later.

They will refer you to the returns policy by which you must abide
I am mistaken though, it is 24 hours, not 48

2. Return of Faulty Goods Received
We ask that customers fully inspect all products received on the day of delivery, we must be notified of any items that arrive faulty or damaged within 24hrs of receipt. For this we advise telephone or Email notification. We will then advise the next course of action, we will contact you and either arrange collection, ask for goods to be returned back to us or disposal of goods, never dispose of goods without our notification. Should we request that you send the goods back to us, we ask that you include a receipt for any postage costs that you may incur so that we may refund the full cost of postage.
Please note: All goods reported as faulty will be tested by manufacturers, if it is determined the goods are not faulty or if the faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse this will void any warranty, goods will be returned to you and no refund or replacement issued.

A few selco stores sell the same suite for £100 as it's discontinued to them plus free delivery.

may I add I seen the suite an it's very cheap an nasty.

Again, you can take it back regardless of this within 6 months. It's their responsibility to prove it wasn't damaged not yours to prove it was.

No, you will be referred to terms and conditions of the sale which is explicit in this company

I am not trying for an argument here, but I have seen this happen and the legal quotes sent out by this company in this situation, which were quite clear and enforced.
But please by all means give it a try.

This has now gone in the UK, it is now 'Consumer Contracts Regulations'
This strongly reduces the rights of buying over alternative mediums

You should look at the Sales of Goods Act 1979 and read about accepting items.

It's still worth checking the goods upon delivery as soon as you can to prevent all the hassle of dealing with their customer services and taking photos of damaged goods (due to transit etc) will also help your argument if you have to have to return the goods. I had the same hassle with BathEmpire.com who stuck to their 14 day return policy.
