Plus Costco membership presumably?
I must admit, it really looks nice and neat
silver bean machine? can't beat a bit of David Essex tbf
I have the next version up from this (similar but with a milk frother and steam wand). I love it! Makes a lovely cuppa coffee and very easy to use (even myu mother-in-law can operate it.
Only negative is that you need the Melitta app to work out the diagnostics (when it needs cleaning, decalc, new filter etc) - it's easy enough as wlong as you follow the instructions to the letter!

i have this exact version if anybody has any questions.

Pros
- Cleaning is VERY easy - the whole grinding unit comes out to rinse under the tap (it suggests to do this weekly)
- It makes a nice cup of coffee
- It holds plenty of beans and water (over a litre)
- Cleaning products are reasonably priced in my opinion
- The machine lets you know when it needs cleaning, descaling, filter change etc
- Water filter is optional
- Option to customise volume of coffee (though I wouldn't have it set too high or you'll get a bad tummy!)
- Option to customise the amount of beans it grinds (1-3)

Cons
- Drip tray is small
- As the commenter above said, you do need to check the manual each time a new symbol appears. I still have to use the manual to know what buttons to press when I am cleaning
- My machine doesn't seem to rinse itself very well when it's turned on/off (not sure this is common or just my machine)
- it's not very talls but it's definitely longer than expected. Mine is set at an angled on my slim worktop
- The cup warmer is a bit crap...I do put my two coffee mugs on it but I feel like it's less of a feature and just a part of the machine that gets warm due to what's going on inside of it

Great machine - we've had one at home for a few years, and I've just bought another as I've moved out. My only problem with it is that the drip tray is a little small, so needs emptying every couple of days. It can be loud when it's operating, but I've never had another machine to compare it to.

I'd usually pay £2.50 or so for a coffee at work - so really, when you factor that in, the machine pays for itself in a couple of months if you use it enough.

This is a narrow machine but is very deep. I can’t understand why they haven’t made them smaller than this, it’s such a waste of space.

Good machine, but mine broke after 1.5 years. Costco took it back and give a full refund.

Mickey mouse brand?

Absolutely not. Go and do some research.. they're a well known German company.
I have a Barista TSP which replaced a De Longhi and it's on another level. Their customer services are top notch too.
Got to say that is very pretty. No wand tho which is a shame if you like latte's
