Personally this was my game of the year and I'd consider it an essential buy for any keen gamer, it's not very polished but it is a lot of fun in the big battles.

Is it better than Company of Heroes?

I'm not the best one to answer that as I didn't think company of heroes was particularly special and don't remember much of it. Generally though it's a less choreographed and more serious version of that game. It's not as consistently good and some of the covert ops missions are a little dull but it more than makes up with it on the very rewarding (and occasionally frustrating) large battles.

Cheers - probably worth a try in any case at this price
