I saw something similar from some brand called Raab. But theirs which looked the same cost £ 300 and this is 20 times cheaper, where is the catch?

I have recently purchased this jacket and to be honest it looks very smart and it’s quite warm and I have no issues at all with the jacket. I use this for walking the dog in the cold weather and I am very happy with the quality of the jacket. I probably would be hesitant if I was going to extreme climates or terrain but for an every day warm jacket, how can you go wrong at this price. Don’t worry about RRP as this doesn’t affect you just worry about the price your paying and if your happy with what you get for this price.

When I read the product name. I thought it was a spelling mistake. Freezeway, Sounds like its the "way to freeze". I think they've really missed a marketing trick. They really should've called it "freeze away".

Plus it's just a standard cheap 100% polyester quilted jacket. Yet they try and big it up by saying "it's on trend, quilted design". Really, almost all insulated coats are quilted. It's part of the manufacturing process that keeps the insulating material in place. Whether that cheapo hollow/micro fibre (basically polyester or other man made fibres) or natural fillers like feather or wool. So nothing special at all. It's certainly not worth more than about £30 absolute max. Probably only cost them in the region of £5-£10, so less than £20 is probably about right.

Completely a noob when it comes to waterproof jackets so I really hope someone can feed back how this jacket and regatta in general are for the waterproof element? I have noticed many different regatta jackets on sale now and I was hoping for something to protect my phone from getting wet mainly when I am out doing deliveries and with the recent snow/rain and wind. I tried the provided just eat jacket today which claims to be waterproof and whilst comfortable it certainly does not protect from water as my phone got wet.

Doesn't necessarily have to be regatta that I buy but the cost seems really cheap and there are plenty of collection stores for regatta nearby. (edited)
