That's not dangerous at all.
Are you a gerbil?

Nonsense. In a bikini or trunks in a hot country like Greece in summer your body will make around 20,000IU in 3 hours or so..

I take huge doses between 5000IU and 100000IU vitamin D3 per day. They help with inflammation.. it is thought they help with MS, arthritis etc. I pay about £5 for 150 capsules (Lindens).

The body will only produce the vitamin D that it needs, and yes, I know we need to/can store some vitamin d in fat. One of the reasons our skin gets darker with sun exposure is to reduce vitamin D production.
With a dose above 5000IU per day, excess calcium will start to accumulate in your arteries, umm, nice.
And while I should be the last one to criticise any one else's maths, £1.25 for 12 tablets is about 3 times more expensive than £5 for 150. But I'm just a dead (thanks lucyferror) gerbil (thanks DexMorgan), so I guess I should roll over.

I didn't realise it was only 12 tablets. Vitamin K will prevent any calcium build up. You should roll over.

Yes, Vitamin D is stored in the body. So a once a week tablet with 5,600 IU averages to less than 1000 IU per day?

These are once a week tablets though. I presume the 150 are daily tablets.
