Are these for men who live in London?

I think it refers to some kind of wacky backy that those sophisticated folk in London partake of - you know, that place where no Brits live.

No it says made by Omega Pharma London not China or Gearbest China like many goods sold here so I thought relevant to put on top.

That word " Brits, " anyone can be a Brit but few can be English, Scottish, Welsh or Irish !!. I am English first and that mongrel British second.

I'm not sure you've quite got the hang of this yet.

Contains synthetic chemicals and E numbers like E-300. Would avoid this junk. :P

I just checked, e 300 is Ascorbic acid or vitamin C. Vitamin C if taken in very large doses artificially can cause kidney stones, this is a proven scientific fact. But the amount contained in this is very very small, so I think safe. You have to take all e numbers on their own merit. Some are safe, some are very dangerous, so one size does not fit all and I really wish we listed the actual salt or chemical name instead of hiding it behind an E number. Some of the emulsifiers hidden behind e numbers cause cancer and no one tells you that what is the safe limit for them and how of it is actually contained in the food, like they do in medicines like this one.

You didn't notice the :P?

But what you're basically saying is the dose makes the poison. Some E numbers are safe and some are very dangerous? Which ones? You can find out the safety limits of all E numbers as they are highly regulated. Eg aspartame is 40mg/kg a day or about 5L of diet soft drink, daily. Bearing in mind 6L of pure water can be enough to kill someone. The amounts of E numbers and chemicals aren't told because the maximum permitted levels for safety are already regulated and will not be in high enough doses to cause issues.

Which emulsifiers cause cancer and where are you getting the evidence for this? As you have already said, large amounts of vitamin C are a problem, can the same not be said for these emulsifiers?

Saw these in Poundworld, Argyle Street, Glasgow. There's a variety of different items in the range - one of them being Energy Release. Bought the Multi-Fit multivitamins (60 in a pack). Also got 12 x tabs of Fairy Dishwasher Capsules.
