    Never wear sunglasses the do not give UV protection , if they do not have good light filters you could expose your eyes to more damage than if you did not wear any sunglasses at all !

    So for anyone wondering on other comments why cheap sunglasses can be dangerous. Cheap sunglasses will almost always come without sufficient UV protection and almost never include polarization. Without UV protection and with a dark tint, these cause your pupils to widen (due to less light hitting your eyes) and take in more harmful UV than you would have taken in without them on.

    Don't put cheap sunglasses on yourself on your kids (which are most at risk as glasses for kids are usually labelled as toys).
