Quick question

As I have used a £15 discount to get the Adidas Trainers last week what do I need to change to get another discount. Is is the delivery address or the card details? Can I still use any vouchers as an existing customer?

Nice find btw.

Welcome to HUKD + Thanks for the post

If they've allowed you to use the discount as a new customer, then no it shouldn't be used again.

They often send existing customers discount codes too, but they're are normally customer specific.

Oh gawsh!
They're a little bit tighter in certain places than the name "Comfort" implies. I think I should have gone for the next size up!

Just got a weird statement from Lxdirect.
Telling me that I owe them £15.
I only bought the jeans and they deducted £24, then £3.50 and then credited me £13.50. Not very efficient as they must get charged per transaction.
Got some flannel on the phone that I owed them £15 'cos they don't charge for P&P by credit card. I pointed out that the £3.50 deducted from my card was for P&P and then I got the accurate reason that the item "Incorrect quantity sent £15.00" is them accidentally giving me £15.
If it is true that my next credit card statement does show them giving me £15 then I will settle and close my account and later send them a bill for the cost of calls to their 0870 number.
I can't remember the last time I had a smooth e-tail experience.
Must off now. Got to go to Jessops/Dixons/Argos/Comet to get an memory card 'cos 7dayshop didn't manage to fulfil their next day dispatch promise - took them 4 days to get item into post! It's only going to cost me another £70 rather than about £28 from 7dayshop. Still £100 for 2 1Gig cards averages out not too bad.
