Generally these are about £25-£30 - cheapest I can find at the moment

For under £20 don't expect too much. But how can you really go wrong for spending so little on a wet suit? Probably cheaper than hiring one for a few days. Hot from me.

Above is link to 39" chest, size large in black

This is the link to 39" grey, size large (a quid less)

39" medium/large in red

38" medium grey

There are also some 36.5" size small (in three colours-black, grey and red)

If you're looking for a rash vest to go with it - cheapest is Tesco Direct £8 and they also have cheap body boards £15.....

Get ready to be out after about 10mins! But you get what you pay for!

Anyone doing adventure raced(tough mudder etc) in the cold, this might be an idea.
just for some sizing info-
i'm 5'10" with a 30" waist, and the M size suit is perfect height/length, but very baggy in small of my back.
Unfortunately they don;t to Small-longs at this price, so had to fork out more to get a better fitting suit. at the price though, a bargain!

MEN's wetsuits we need, I have the same problem, these ones here are for ladyboys.

2.5mm is pointless in U.K waters. This suit would only keep you warm if you were swimming energetically - in the Tropics.

And if you're surfing in the tropics you generally don't need full wetsuit anyway For the UK get at least 5/3.

This will go great with my new head gear

Nonsense I am afraid.

U.K waters average temperatures of 6-10 °C in the winter to 15-20 °C in the summer. This suit might (might!) be ok on a warm summer day but it is not suitable for most days in U.K coastal waters unless you are freakishly hot to begin with.

If you don't believe me, or my personal experience, please feel free to do some research - or just buy the suit and learn the hard way...

So what is a good make for uk summer waters then?.....instead of just slating someones post and not attempting to enlighten those of us who don't know about these things?...........

I was using it in April with water 6-7 C (Irish Sea) when riding Jet Ski when you are in water for a few minutes max. It's no good for swimming for sure as it's only 2,5 or 3 mm thick neoprene.
There's the proof:

It would be alright here on the east coast (Norfolk) in the summer. Atlantic coast (Devon/Cornwall) would be be pretty chilly though.
FWIW I use Xcel suits in the UK - various suits for different times of year or locations (vest, shorty, 3/2 steamer, 5/3 steamer, boots, gloves, hood).
