Be perfectly fine for shopping but for visiting the country I would spend a bit more on a decent coat that would keep me warm.
Anyone actually get their coats? I would exercise extreme caution buying from them. I ordered a coat guaranteed to be here in time. They sent completely the wrong item, no paperwork nothing. Took an age to respond to my email to customer services and then said to return with paperwork. Eventually got an electronic return slip only to find I'm expected to return the wrong item to a click plus shop - nearest one is 3 miles away for me - and that they won't send out the correct item until they,ve proof I've returned the wrong one! I've no chance of getting the item returned until the end of the week so all a joke. On me. I would never ever buy from them again. Appalling.

Yep, got mine on Monday via Hermes courier, paper work including correct size,colour coat, nice coat but maybe I should of gone for XXL as the mens style sizing I would say is slim fit! But other than that I'm happy

Glad you're sorted:)Sounds like i was right out of luck and if they'd just sent me the right item and the paperwork and had a half way decent customer service policy I'd be alright too lol. Can't comprehend companies penalising customers for their own mistakes. Sounds like they're fine if all runs smoothly. A fair weather company.

Got similar problem with Mountain Warehouse, half of the items of my order were missing, sent them three emails without getting any reply! A lot of the missing items were Xmas presents for my nieces, have to do last minute shopping now. I don't touch them again!

So sorry:( Bad customer service not good at best of times but at Xmas it's unforgivable. There's no excuse for it. They make a mistake they should be bending over backwards to rectify it rather than let customers down. Good luck. Never again for me either
