Long lasting durable, budget but quality, wedding ring. Attractive item, not to be sniffed at in these cash strapped times. Even comes with a box, considering the price.

Titanium rings are increasingly popular as wedding rings because they will stand up to more wear and tear than precious metals. Perhaps more important Titanium rings are beautiful to look at too. Titanium really is a very versatile metal and lends itself to making fine Jewellery, A variety of looks can be achieved by utilizing different finishes, inlays and even the application of heat which brings about a change in colour ranging through the whole spectrum.

There are people who genuinely cannot afford much. Money spent is not a measurement of a good relationship/marriage. This is affordable and looks nice.

But it is a decent measure of disposable income and the monetary value that society places on you.

Nothing says I love you more for under £20 X)

Can't knock my titanium wedding ring that looks an awful lot like this. Chose titanium for similar reasons as dga (above).

Is it true that if you injure your finger/hand, they can't get titanium rings off with cutting equipment?

be aswell taking a 50p shot on a lucky bag in my opinion. people in the pub will think your homo with this thing on

Yeah, I find that having a wife makes you look like a homo...

To clear a few things up. titanium is removable by hospital staff. And more importantly. The amount of money spent on a ring is no reflection of the love in a marriage. I have a titanium ring that was cheap as chips from HM Samuel. The cost of a ring means nothing. The ring itself however means a lot.

Embarassingly lame discrimination aside, don't post again until you've learned how to properly form sentences.

And size doesn't matter.

And of course it happens to every man at some point....maybe you're just stressed.

And no, I'm definitely not having an affair - he's just a close friend.

My husband has a similar ring (minus the diamond, he has a band of sapphires on his) for work. He's a mechanic, and therefore has to take it off if it's a tight job, or it gets scratched and we're fin with that. Come Friday scenic he changes itto his proper wedding ring.

These rings have their uses, and my husbands "fake" as we call it, doesn't look too bad.

The one i have is already scratched quite badly.

This would look a million times better without that tiny little diamond.

A tiny little diamond says "this is the biggest diamond I could afford [weep]" whereas no diamond at all says "I don't care about no diamond, fool!"

Nice ;-)

My husband had a £200 wedding ring when we got married. Within a year it was scratched to buggaring and bent.

So we bought this as a replacement - if he loses it, it's no bother, we'll just buy another one. If it gets damaged, we'll buy another one.

He works with his hands (electrical engineer) so the chances of the above are quite high (he often removes his gloves with the ring inside the glove - just has remembered so far!)

It's a lovely ring, and an even better price. He doesn't feel bad about going to work wearing it - even though he knows it could be damaged/lost. Brilliant ring. Honestly.

What are you all talking 'he works with his hands'

WE ALL WORK WITH OUR HANDS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow what a spooky coincidence, snap!!

I think the diamond is a little camp.

Anyway I had a platinum wedding band, cost me £550 (it was 4mm and very heavy) I liked the heavy weight of platinum. I was on honeymoon in Hawaii, swimming in a deep lagoon when the ring came loose on my finger, bye bye wedding ring! Does anyone know if I should consider this a good omen? I had insurance that paid out £800 for a replacement ring. Truly the money you spend on a ring does not matter, does a £10,000 Rolex keep better time than a £10 Seiko?

As I work in IT and build PC's I have a titanium wedding ring as I knew I'd only scratch a gold one - I'm really happy with it. Mine is plain with no diamond though

I have this ring as a male engagement ring. It's nice and subtle and my fiancé likes it that we both have a ring to signify our love.

Sickening statements aside it's a good ring, my good friend Elton who is an expert on rings highly recommends it.

My handmade platinum wedding ring is in the Med somewhere having been ripped off my finger when jumping out of a boat (I caught it on the window). My insurance was going to pay for a replacement (at great cost) but on the way back from the jewellers - I spotted a nice enough stainless steel ring which cost about £3! I never ordered the replacement ring (being lazy!) and still have the cheap one on now. Quite happy. I dont think it matters really.

Nope, it's absolute nonsense. Titanium rings can also be pressurised and crack. They've got something that's similar to a mole grips which tightens until you hear the crack, releases and the ring falls away.

Sigh. Stop being a picky beggar.

Yes the majority of people work with their hands (except people without the use of their hands, or prostitutes who specialise in oral only).

But some people have jobs which involve working with their hands which would cause for more damage to their jewelery- the use of tools etc. Which was the point of my post.

If you haven't anything decent to add to the post, don't bother posting at all. Get back under your bridge.

who would want a cheap wedding ring like this even if it does look good
