These boots are bomb proof, purchased a pair for a trip to iceland in 2019 and have since worn the same pair every winter for work which involves walking all day in them. also use them for winter mountainbiking and have only soacked through when submerged in muck

They look more like water resistant not waterproof. Can't tell from the pictures if the upper liner is rubberised... (edited)

They've given it a waterproof rating of 1 bar. 2 bars is 3 hours and 3 bars is 6 hours (max time feet kept dry)

What do you mean? There's like 10,000 reviews, with the vast majority of them 5 stars, and stating they are waterproof.
