    Even if it’s free, why would you want to read a dodgy free ebook by someone with only an ‘FNLP’ qualification (?) when it’s about a health-related topic?

    I’m currently going through a heap of stress and have just come across this book this evening. I’m a third of the way through it and I’m shocked at how much of it is relevant to me. It’s taught me so much more in the last 2 hours about the issues I’m experiencing than I’ve learn’t in decades.

    So who cares if its free, what qualifications the author has. If it helps me just a little bit it could be the best thing I’ve found on HUKD in years. Thanks OP.

    It’s not the job, it’s the thoughts about the job that cause stress. Best advice: don’t think. Problem is people are not even aware of their (negative) thoughts so to try to ignore them is a leap.
