Don’t buy 6V. That’s only for inside.
If you want to use the car outside too then you must go for 12V

Just ordered. I bought the 12v BMW from Argos but this is nearly half the price. The BMW is going back
Ordered to match daddy's car!
Thanks OP, managed to get 2 for my twins at just over £60 each thanks to the code and also 10% discount on Halfords e-voucher
Would it be suitable for 4 year old ?

I ordered this before someone posted the deal and hadn’t used the discount code! Is there anyway I’d be able to add it on now or would I need to reorder and return

Agreed! The 6v ride on’s are just about ok on pavement, but awful on grass. Still a good deal if it’s what your looking for, nice post op!

12V is needed for outside on grass. 6V only good for in the house really, power only sent to one wheel at the back.

Half the price for a reason.
Good deal if you like this sort of thing, looks horrific in my opinion

Thanks. Going to cancel this order

Absolute world of difference.

Charge for 12 hours and it’ll give you 2 hours of fun
Do you think this would be suitable for a 1year old who is supervised?
Do you have to give it back after 2 years!

Link to buy 12v battery??
Was thinking about laying one of these by for grandson when he’s old enough. Halfords say price was £149 with the small print saying other intervening prices may have been charged. Too right!! They have been selling for a couple of months in our local Halfords for £99.

No and not even with supervision. 2 year old would be minimum. Know from experience of buying it for a 1 year old.
A bit disappointed no Apple CarPlay/Android Auto but good deal none the less

You get what you pay, for 6v is useless for my sons requirements it even struggles on some rugs. I'm going to collect my sons bmw tomorrow.

I think this toy not for 12 month old. Also, 6v is not good enough to make it move properly. Also, don’t forget by the time your kid will get heavier as well, so def a struggle-> struggling child = struggling parents

Yeah mate. I've cancelled this order and will keep the BMW
Is this any good for motorway driving?
I bought this the last time it was posted on here and it’s useless. Under powered and the wheels come off the axle. Doesn’t work on grass as mentioned by someone else and I concur, get a 12v. This product looks good but is a waste of time. I would rather pay double and get a decent product.
