Sounds lovely:

Trip Advisor review from today:

Gents changing area. Old £1 coins required for lockers or token, floors need scrubbing due to ingrained dirt, only one urinal working, the shower cubicles drains smelt awful and a rusty nail hole where the shower gel holder should be in one of the cubicles.

Jacuzzi and pool was ok but when I went inside the large steam room the temperature seemed low and it smelt dirty with brown gunge around the floor where it meets the tiled seats, it appears unhygienic and needs a good scrub!

The sauna was good but when I tried the snail showers afterwards both had their shower heads split around the edges and therefore the water was hitting the wall and not the occupant.

Overall a disappointing visit this evening and it clearly needs some attention by both management and maintenance.

Positive was that the staff seemed friendly and on seeing the “spa” facility going into the changing area it looks quite impressive and organised although I didn’t use it.

In all fairness to reviews, on Trip Adviser there currently 2.058 reviews with an average of 4/5
With similar reviews across multiple review sites, based on that, I'd personally feel I'd be happy to stay there. Each to their own though, of course
