Maerlin passes are 25% off which is a good deal if you want to use them for October half term.
The 25% off is the standard and premium passes - details are on the website.
These are also better value now as Blackpool tower is also included.

Be aware there is usually a better deal from boxing day of you want them for next year.

You can get these through Tesco club card vouchers but the price has risen again :-(

Isn't that the same price as last year? Thought I redeemed £52 for the pass and drink.

You can also usually buy it for half price in January if you don't plan on visiting till next year.

When do they go on sale in January?

Can you remind me again in Janaury

Be carful if buying the Standard Pass for October Half Term

Stand Pass Excludes:
No Entrance to London Dungeon or London Eye 29-31st October
No automatic entry to Thorpe Park Fright Nights (October half term & all weekends in October) - £5 extra per person & have to book in advance.
No Dungeons or Merlin Tower at Warwick castle (all year)
Parking Fees (all year)

Apart from the above, the standard pass isn't too bad,

we purchased ours in January last year great value will be getting them again £74 for standard pass we paid

£ 74 each?

they were £74pp each (family rate) last year but doesn't guarantee they will do the same this year. This is a good deal if you wanted to go to the scarefest or firework shows this year.

Can anyone help please?
I'm looking to buy an annual standard Merlin pass, but my price is coming up at £119.25?
Is this with or without the 25% discount?
None of the prices are corresponding to the ones actually offered?
I've even got to checkout hoping it went down then but it doesnt.
Help please?

The discount doesn't come up until you go to the checkout.

Thanks but mine was at checkout and still £119.25? So I'm wondering if that is the price with discount? That's the question.
Has anyone completed and purchased yet, so would know final price?

how many tickets are you buying? the rate of £74 (last year) and current rate of £86 applies to family standard ie minimum 3 passes.

Yes this is with 25% discount.

£90 each for 3 premium passes last year... Renewal says £102 each at the moment. Still a bargain as so far saved over £1500 on standard entry prices!!

The benefit of buying now is that you order online rather than queue at the attraction at Xmas. Also these activate on their first use rather than immediately when ordering like at Xmas sale. This means you can (for instance) get two scarefests or firework displays rather than one.

Thanks

Great deal then.

Merlin pass people replied on Facebook to my question and said
" The pass will start when you collect the Pass and get it created unless you select the print and post options which starts straight away.

That implies that the pass starts from the time to purchase it

but don't you have to queue at a venue to get them. if you get them now you can have them posted to you. I don't need mine till feb so I will buy them and choose to pick them up in feb in blackpool. that way they will be valid until feb 2015

In recent years the Xmas sale has been marginally better (circa £10 per head) but that doesnt mean that there will be a sale this year or if it will be any better. Aslo you have to queue and get them after boxing day rather than upload you photo and buy online which you can do now.

If you have them delivered (FOC) they will activate now, whereas if you colect them on your next visit they will activate on that day. ie you could buy today online and pick up at alton towers in March and they would be valid until next march...

Although offer advertised valid until 10th November, the discount is no longer available!
