Good price if you live close enough to enjoy it.
not live just yet.
What age does a child ticket start at?

What age does a child ticket start at?

It depends on where you visit. At Chessington its 92cm tall rather than by age, and they will get your kids out of the pushchair to measure them.

Pop down the road to Thorpe park though and its age 4 so you need to check with each attraction as they have different policy's
As site is paused awaiting lift off what's the difference between standard and premium ?
I think premium includes free parking. Is that correct?

£20, I would recommend going for the Premium pass, you get so much more perks for it, free parking at theme parks, unlimited access all year round, fast track into the attraction.

Don't forget Topcashback (10.5%) / Quidco (8.5%) via a local attraction such as Sealife Centre, etc
Can you get a family ticket for just 2 adults and 1 child? Or does it need to be 2 adults and 2 children

Just make up a child. They won't ask you where they are when you turn up with one child.

I've made one up for you:-
Name: Daisy
Sex: Female
DOB: 1.1.2006
Likes: Marmite, Shopkins, Strops, constantly asking why the broadband isn't working, your dessert.
we are 2 adults and 1 child
can we get 1 adult and 1 child as standard
and 1 adult as premium
to get free parking

Answered my own question..... The January sale will end at midnight on the 15th February 2016 online and at 5pm on the 15th via the phone lines.
Hi can some clarify for me please as I can't find the info on the website.. Is the £119 premium family price per person over the age of 12? So we are a family of 6 (2 children under 12, 2 over twelve)..we would need to buy 6 X £119 pass..? Thanks
Yip I think you are right

Ok thank you :-) not sure we'd get £700 worth of visits in one year as we just don't live close enough but good price for those that do (or smaller families!)
No problem at all.....we are in a similar situation as I don't live close enough to these attractions to be able to justify an annual pass unfortunately
What we tend to do as regards the premium pass for our family is as follows.
Main perk of the premium is the parking so if you are not bothered about the restrictions in central London during August and a few other minor blackout dates, is to buy 3 standard passes and one premium pass.
Remember you only need one premium pass per family for parking so for us as a family of four it has made sense the last 2 years
Does anybody have any information regarding upgrading my pass? Bought a LEGOLAND only one and would now like to upgrade to the full merlin pass.
Can I do that on the site too?
I think you are unable to upgrade pass online you have to return to legoland who will then upgrade the pass
Many thanks teddyvickers

Doesn't open until march though

We are same it's not worth it i don't think! As we always use 2for1 anyway. Unless you was planning to go a lot of times?
I can't see anyway of buying with cashback. went to sealife website through quidco but not available at sale prices.
Sealife does have sale prices, I did London through Topcashback for 10.5% cashback. That was 3 Premium for £357 I think.
London Aquarium may not work with topcashback as it states it's excluded.

the sealife centre in london is not listed as an exclusion on the topcashback website.

If you live in london and are concerned about sealife centre cashback, then go to the topcashback website and purchase your pass through the london dungeons 10.5% cashback
You can go to the desk at the london dungeon, get your pass activated then go immediately to the shrek adventure, sealife centre or london eye which are all next door to each other. (of course, you can also go into the dungeons)

If you are going to the dungeons or shrek adventure, you may need to pre-book a time slot (if it is busy). You can do this in advance through the merlin website but it charges £1 per person for this.

You can pre-book dungeon and shrek tickets, then collect your annual pass on the day

Your pass is activated on the day that you go to the merlin attraction, so you can buy your pass now online and collect it (and activate it) later in the year.

I am not sure how long you have to activate the passes but hopefully someone on hotukdeals can clarify this.

I purchased an annual pass in august which was "on sale" at the time but these were £119 each for the family passes. I got cashback via sealife hotukdeals but took almost 4 months for payment
If you order now, how soon can you pick this up? Same day? Can you just buy at this price at a venue?
From the date of purchase you have 6 months to pick it up from your selected attraction. Your annual membership will start from the date of collection, not date of purchase. A lot of the theme parks don't actually open until March, so you could buy now at sale prices & activate in the spring.

From what i can tell, 2 adults 2 children all Premium is £476. One premium adult (£149) and one adult two children standard (£297) is £446, so saving £30. I would rather pay that to avoid the restriction!
Does anyone know if you can use the 20% MOD discount whilst its the £99 sale? Thanks

We had them a couple of years ago, I don't think we got good value out of it. Although when you totted it up we'd saved about £300 each. But to be honest you can always get in to Merlin attractions half price, and you end up going to places that you wouldn't pay for just because they are free. We went in Toussauds Blackpool twice, but I can't claim we each saved £40 by doing so as we would never have paid to go in.

The Sealife centre, you're in there thirty minutes, again not worth it.

Probably worth it if you live closer to one of the good theme parks, we got to Alton Towers twice!
Great offer...voted hot
Decent price.
