These will then go on sale for approx £130 in the New year ready for the season re opening in March. Also when you buy these you get vouchers for bring a friend for £15 so it would still be cheaper to do it that way.

Although it still lasts a year regardless, and whatever time you but it, you'll still have a closed season within the lifetime of it.

And good luck getting a premium pass for £130, as you'll only get anywhere near that if buying as a renewal, at the family rate (3 or more), in the January sale, which last year was £139 each

There's no point of buying this now. Parks are closing by late oct until march. If you buy it, make sure you can activate it next year march / April time.

Like the previous poster said, it matters not when you activate it, your are still going to have exactly the same off and peak periods.

So waiting till next March will just mean you will have to go through the closed period next October.

I'm waiting for the day I hear Merlin is up for sale and ideally a proper American theme park company takes over that can bring some fresh new ideas, better rides, massive improvement with customer service, big investment, better food and entertainment etc.

Think Lego is buying it so might be some changes on the way.

Really? What the whole group or just Legoland?

The biggest problem is the stupid opening hours. Why do they all shut so early?!?

The rollercoasters in this country are pretty good, we're blessed on that front. But why don't we have a good dark ride?!??

Whole group so maybe more lego themes at all attractions.
