Reading Costco warehouse deals 11th to 17th March.
This is a really good price for a premium annual pass - normally £189. It is even cheaper than the corporate rate they offer some businesses.
I got notified by email as a Reading warehouse deal so not sure if this is running elsewhere!

Got am email about the deal today so it should be in all warehouses
Not really a deal taking into account you need a Costco membership which is roughly £30 and you can get the passes direct from merlin paying £11.99 per month which would also suit a lot more people. Cold from me.
Why would you need two extra tickets if you have an AP?

£11.99 monthly plus £34.99 joining fee isn’t it?

To be fair, people who shop at Costco don't buy one thing a year... Also there is a £35 joining fee for the monthly pass

Yes which works out the same price as this deal considering you need a membership for Costco

Works out at the same price including Costco membership. It's an OK deal if you already have a membership but not that good plus a lot of people would prefer to pay monthly.
Does a premier pass include scare fest and fright nights?

Yes, although you may have to book for Fight Nights to guarantee entry. Entry is included during Scarefest but most of the attractionsare at an additional charge.

Considering you get 2 free tickets which are worth sya £15 each for additional people you may want to take with you for £150 for the premium is good value if you intend getting one of these cards. I had them a few years ago when it was around £70 for the standard one and an additonal £30 to upgrade one to premium for the free parking. Considering all the restrictions on them i personally wouldn't go for it but if you are interested I wonder if you can defer the start date of the card or will it start the day you buy it.

The pass starts the day you first get it validated from one of the venues.
We're a family of 4 interested in the passes. We'd visit Alton Towers a lot so thinking the Premium Pass would be worth it for free parking. Sometimes I'd take the kids when the mrs is working and vice-versa. Can we put the premium pass down for one of the kids and everyone else have standard? Or does the Premium Pass have to cover the driver?

Thanks so much for clarifying and I am so sorry if I mislead anyone. I had asked at Costco and was told differently but clearly they didn’t know. Thanks once again.

I guess so you can take along family or friends with you on one of the visits..?
Hi, I posted this. Should have said in the initial text that this is of course only good value if you already have a Costco membership.
To pay monthly through the Merlin website including the joining fee is £178.87. Though presumably if you intended to let your monthly payments carry on for another 12 months there are no further fees so if you are intending to renew year after year the monthly option is best even if more expensive for the first year.

I thought it couldn't be used fri-sun in August at Theme Parks. Has it changed?

This was why i had asked . in the old days it was as stated- valid from the date yuo picked them up from the attraction so you could buy in December and activate them in May. But Merlin have cottoned on to this and now start them immediately. Point less when the weather is poor and you have really no incentive to go to a them park. May purchase them in June when kids exams over but not until then. Mind you the price will probably go up at that time!
