Merrydown Vintage is made to a unique Sussex recipe.

Merrydown Vintage cider has been fermented to a unique recipe since 1946 using champagne yeast and selected eating apples.

The best tasting cider money can buy, with a kick that leaves Blackthorn redundant!! you cant buy a pint in a pub for this price....yep 4 cans of lovely cider!

still the same recipe! I live in the west country and the 'scrumpy' down here is cloudy disgusting liquid! been to cider festivals etc and I can honestly say this is a lovely crisp strong cider with fizz! Merrydown do a dry version as well which is also fresh and crisp....served on the rocks with a slice of lemon on top this is such a refreshing cider and guaranteed to make you 'cross eyed' by the end of the night oO
heat. this is a nice price

You youngsters with your strong lagers and ciders! When I started drinking, we clubbed together and bought a Watneys Party Four, or if we were flush it was a Party Seven. These contained either four or seven pints of the worst beer you have ever tasted. After you pierced two holes in the can (no ring pulls in those days), the beer would go flat between leaving the can and hitting the glass lol. I rememebr there was a joke going around at the time....Why is Watneys bitter like having sex in a boat? Because they are both f***ing close to water!....Ah the 'good' old days.
Got absolutely slaughtered on this as the dominant ingredient of snakebites at the Disco Inferno weekend just gone in Butlin's Skegness. I have no idea what happened after 10pm on Saturday.

Westons Old Rosie Cider takes some beating. Always up for trying something else new.
Very nice spot. Picked up 2 pacs. I also like Westerns but this is not a bad cider. Heat Added (_;)
