Product Description

MET-Rx Pure Creatine Powder The sports nutrition industry's most researched ingredient. If you are seeking to increase muscle size, strength and power you could benefit from taking MET-Rx Pure Creatine. Anyone involved in strength and power-based sports – as well as regular gym users – will notice greater gains in muscle size, strength, performance and endurance.Creatine increases the availability of cellular Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP). Muscular contractions take place from the presence of ATP therefore, an increase in Creatine levels is thought to then in turn increase the force of muscle contractions. Creatine triggers the mechanisms of ATP by donating a phosphate ion to increase the availability of ATP in the body. Thus, Creatine claims to enhance physical performance by increasing energy and therefore delaying or minimizing fatigue levels which also adds to the amount of time spent training or working out. Creatine can also bind water to the muscle, which can then reward an athlete by giving a more muscular appearance. When supplementing with sports nutrition (including Creatine), it is imperative that sufficient fluid should be consumed - a minimum of 8 glasses daily.

Great price but lots of unnecessary added nasties inside

Do need to be signed up to anything with Amazon to get these?

Not looking for a debate - just an answer from someone who's used creatine. Do you lose your gains when you stop taking it for a substantial length of time?
Thank you.

No, because the "gainz" you make are marginal at best.

You need to take 7 tablets a day to hit the normal 5g a day dosage!

and high doses will damage your liver

This is creatine not AAS. It can crystallise in your kidneys if you don't drink enough water over long periods of usage. Other than that, it's safe, but a waste of £2.

Are these ok for vegetarians ??

True! If you take enough creatine to make difference to your muscle size it will damage your liver! Obviously the extent of damage depends on how much and for how long you take it for but the negatives outweigh the positives. Not voted either way as its steal at this price.

Damn missed it

Waste of time.
