Nice find @ChrisAllardyce - though, I'll be honest, the 1p hurts my OCD

Welcome to the site, great first deal!
Link not linking, looks good though albeit could be store specific..

Might be worth posting a copy of the receipt too - not that I’m a doubter but save others the trouble

Voted hot.

Oh yes: 1p over the minimum spend to benefit from S75 protection. If only all merchants would do this, rather than the S75-evading £99.99 ...

Judging by the OP’s profile and response times to comments - none at all.

Great price as well. Would save me building one🙈
These are not very good at all .... read up about metal sheds, condensation and other concerns.
I'd avoid this like the plague. I once opened one of the display models and was shocked at the condensation on the ceiling. The boxed sheds inside were also soaking

So would you say worth trying my local as it may be national or just selected stores?

Wouldn't surprise me if this store is going to be closed down - Homebase are closing a bunch of stores

Should be national if they have stock
I saw one on Sunday in the Hull/Hessle store suggests possible national deal, according to a salesperson they’re not closing.
Saw one of these built up ,looked good, then it got totally crushed in a snowfall..

Total write off

Totaly agree with your comment

If they can be that tight to charge £100.01 then i would hand over £120.00 in twenty pound notes just to annoy them to give back £19.99 in change LOL

the 1p means reduced to clear/ not a misprice

S75 protection - you only need to put £1 on your credit card - you can pay the rest any way you like as long as you pay over £100 for that item

you can get similar chargeback protection from the credit cards AND charge cards such as Amex for lower price items
Ok. So here’s a question for someone with a bit of knowledge! I’m thinking of buying a shed around this size 10x10. For my son to use as a summer house and for toys etc. But I’m thinking that it may not be much more for someone to build a brick outhouse and stick a roof and door on it ?

Depends if you want to do it on the cheap, ie mate's rate on the labour and re-used bricks, windows, timber. I built a brick shed about 15 years ago with an old gardener I employed ad-hoc who had bricklaying skills - he had built an extension to his house for his daughter. Luckily I only had to pay him £3/ hr, I got used bricks etc and the whole thing only cost the mortar, cement mixer hire and a bit of wood so under £200.

New - 10x10, proper pay & parts - you're looking more like £750-1000. And you'd need to at least check out planning permission.

Much better to stick up a cheapo shed like this as, like sandpits, your son won't be interested in a couple of years and you can convert to tools/ sell it/ dump it without a second thought

Appreciate the advice
Customer order so im not sure why a store would have this at that price £349.99 online unless someones returned it and they want rid. Very lucky if you find one at this price.
They had these at the Ayr store at said price. They actually looked much better than the plastic sheds that looked like workmen's porta loo's at twice the price.

They are closing and being rebranded as Bunnings. The Australian company that owns Bunnings have bought Homebase and are rebranding the stores.
