Cheapest price by country miles for this controller. Not everyone is a fan of these controllers, as some question the quality compared to the more expensive Pro controllers. Some find them a bit flimsy and even breakable and dislike they have a cable. Probably not the best choice for Super Smash Bros.

I personally love them, find them very comfortable and I like the cheap prices They play great with Mario Kart 8 and platform games.

Don't forget 2% CASHBACK with QUIDCO on video game/accessories purchases with Base, other CASHBACK services are available of course.

NOTE: The PDP controllers plug into your Wii U remote. So they are wireless of sorts. I quite like this myself as means no additional faffing around with battery charging etc. They are also very responsive.

2% cash back with Quidco. Approx 30p, which just about gets you a free Mars Bar I guess

That didn't last long! Maybe it was a pricing error? Bad luck, worth monitoring it on Amazon perhaps as is bound to fall in price there at some point. Is still the best price @ £18.99 to be fair, but I was looking for it at close to the £15 mark, as got that price or just under for the others in the set.

They could have done us a favour and just put controller ports on the console for these controllers.
They would've been best to fit them with the game cube end. that way they could've been used on the game cube, wii and wii u via ganecube adapter

inb4 someone says "I bought Zelda's Hori Wii controller for £6 this is a ripoff!!" lol

They certainly could have as the Wii U Devkits have (or had, I dunno precisely cause I ain't got one) the Classic Controller port.

Now, the issue with Classic Controllers if they were connected to the console is that their wire is too damn short but nothing that a cable extender wouldn't fix.

GameCube controller w/adapter > Wii U Pro Controller > Wiimote w/Hori > Wiimote w/PDP

There's also the Gioteck GC-2 but it goes out of stock pretty quickly and it's mostly only in used condition like this one @ ebay.co.uk/itm…557
Donkey Kong / Wario PDP Controllers are £13.99 inc free delivery @ 365 games if of interest, re deal thread: hotukdeals.com/dea…824

Back to £15.99 dude, (for now anyway).
I'm gonna have to buy this now I've seen it. Really don't need another controller. But with all the different ones available I'm finding them quite collectable
