Metanium Everday Barrier Ointment (40g) for 75p from Asda

I find this to be the best nappy cream for preventing nappy rash. It usually costs between about £2.50 and £3.00 but today in Asda it was on offer for 75p. I bought 8 tubes for the price I normally pay for 2 saving a massive 75%. Hope this helps some other parents.

Anyone confirmed this?

8 tubes, using it on lots of bums? Our son is nearly 6 months old and we've only just finished the tiny sample tube you get from Bounty (or wherever it was?). You lathering them up?

I got this very offer on Monday at my local Asda, Manchester area! Great price for a great cream :-)

My doctor recommended this cream for my sons eczema, I have 3 kids and go through this stuff like its going out of fashion so I think 8 tubes is a great idea.
HOT FOR ME!
P.S, my kids get it put on cut knees and all sorts, magic cream in our house

Yup. It has a distinctive (slightly unpleasant) metallic smell. But it does seem pretty effective!

That is the normal Metanium does. Not tried the everyday version

Thanks so much for that, it's been bugging me for ages!

It's a great cream, love the funny medical smell of it too lol

This cream is the everyday version which is a white cream which works as a barrier/preventative cream like sudacrem but I find it works much better. I have a newborn son and a toddler who is still in night nappies so I'm sure the eight tubes will get used over the coming year or two in the seemingly never ending battle against dirty nappies lol
