Considering one of those dipped light bulb is £6.99 in Motorworld and £9.99 in halfrauds this is a bargain just for that.

after attempting to buy a SINGLE H7 bulb recently, I didn't hesitate for a second in buying 2 sets and still saving money!

Not the cheapest its been but still a good price.

Can't make me so there

Hot though

As an aside - why can't all cars have a LED indicator to show if a bulb blows - very difficult to know if lights like brake or reverse go without a second person to tell you.
Great deal by the way.

BTW you can pick this up for a pound in yes you got it poundland , no plastic case just all the bulbs & fuses listed here

pretty sure my xtype told me last time i had a bulb gone, not sure if it detects reverse lights though

Bah! £6.25 now. Typical

say's £6.25 for me...

Thanks op, really needed this. Cold.

Well....you can pick up a bulb set for you car for a pound in the pound shop..only one H7...but more/other bulb included....no fancy case

Makes me laugh that it's "essential" for european motoring to have spare bulbs carried in the car and a legal requirement too if memory serves me right. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying it's not a good idea if a bulb fails to do a quick repair by the roadside but come on have you seen on some cars the amount of ruddy room you have to even try to change the headlight bulb? My Skoda Octavia Near side was a headlamp out job (Which when you know how is a straightforward 10 minute easy job), my Dad's 57 plate Scenic... Don't even bother at the roadside that's a ramp job, unless your hands are the size of a toddlers don't even bother. Manufacturers don't make cars to be easily maintained - and bulbs will fail!!!
On a similar note my friend got pulled on the way home for "driving with a broken headlight" (It was a bulb failure), the copper slapped her a fixed penalty ticket, a bit harsh especially when 3 days earlier the lights were all 100% fine and the car has just passed an MOT.
Morale of the story let's all check our lights eh?

well you've already said your Skoda was 10 minute job, all the VAG group cars are easily maintained by DIYers. I'll always be buying VAG cars for their reliability and on how easy they are to work on.

Here's a great video for you
