Fantastic deal for June. 14 nights for £816 departing 7th June (other dates available) fab hotel as I stayed there last year
This art deco hotel nudges into the golden sand beach of Playa de Flamingos, in a laid-back part of Nuevo Vallarta.

To

the front of the Riu Vallarta you’ll find the long golden beach of

Playa de Flamingos. To the rear, you’ve got the tropical jungle at the

foothills of the Sierra Madre Mountains.

Rooms at

this hotel are high-spec with finishing touches like liquor dispensers

and big balconies. Upgrade your room and you get a hydro-massage

bathtub.

I stayed here at Christmas a couple points to note....

The rooms are decent, you get optics in the rooms and they will refill your fridge with tecate and mixers daily.

The pool is not heated and even with 35 degree heat it does not warm up that much.

The food in the Chinese place is OK, not sure they understand what lemon chicken is though.
The main restaurant does have some good choice of options but it gets very samey.
The beach restaurant is nice but once again burgers are the same you get in the main restaurant it's just a nicer atmosphere, plus there are lots of kitties wanting some food if you are lucky they will let you pet them

The beach is lovely but the sand isn't exactly soft so take some water shoes.

There are some nice places up the beach to visit but beware you will get hounded up and down it for jetskis horse rides etc

Some things we did outside of trips were there is a nice zoo which is about a 25 quid trip there and the same return in an uber.
There was a really nice cinepolis ViP which is a cinema like no other and they show films in English! If that's your kind of thing on a hot holiday anyway.

Plenty of shops nearby with a walmart round the corner if you don't fancy paying the on site shop prices also pretty good for souvenirs.

All in all a great little holiday place and worth the 800 pp we spent anyway.

Wow 🔥
Good deal. Would have gone for it if we wasn’t already going away next month. Not a bad price all year round either.
Nice hotel, lovely people, 1 word of advice - book your trips yourself not through TUI and save a fortune. We did the dolphin experience (gold) and water park. TUI wanted over £600 for the 4 of us. I booked direct on the net before we left for less than £100 total and a few pesos in a taxi. The same can be said for the rest of the trips. Happy holidays

Or £40 Quidco
I've been here too - noisy because it's full of people drinking themselves stupid and the bad design means noise echoes along the corridors. OK for drunks.
I loved it last year, it was so much fun, no problems with drunks at all. Plenty of places to get away from people. Love the Pacific Mexico, so rustic and real. They are closing in August to refurb so I’m def going back in 2020
Thanks for this, great deal, I have booked! I paid £2207 for 2 adults, 1 child & 1 infant. This also includes an upgrade to a jnr suite as they look like they have a bit more room for the kids! Worked out at £735 per adult/child. Very happy with that!
