All weather tyres highly rated in group, keeps it's properties as tread wears. If you don't want to keep a spare set of wheels for the change of season this could be the next best thing.

MICHELIN CROSSCLIMATE+ XL - 205/55/16 94V £77.16

probably worth keeping an eye on if 'your' price is a bit high - Amazon seem determined to be competitive & I have to say, £77.16 is currently competitive for my size!
That's not the final price, don't forget tyre fitting which in my area is around £15

They are fantastic. It's not actually snowed since I bought them 2 winters ago so I can't comment on that! But in the rain and dry they are far better than the Dunlop Bluresponse tyres I replaced with them. And those Dunlops were highly rated.

I'd have them again without a second thought when they wear or I get a puncture.
£172.40 for me
current tyres on my yeti are 225/50/17

would I get away with having these on over the winter months?
225/45/17 - perfect for my A3 Sport. Heat given.
Have these on my car very good and being all seasons ideal for the UK.

depends where you live!

most places in the UK, these would be fine - the very occasional snowstorm & decent gritted roads - no problem

the high Yorkshire Dales or Aviemore etc - get some proper winter tyres

you say that but I have decent ATR tyres on my 4x4 (Pirelli Scorpions, now superceded) and they are a bit useless in snow even with 4 wheel drive on

you're better off with winter tyres if you anticipate driving in snow regularly or need the reassurance of getting 'there' reliably - eg work/ doctor/ AA rescue

I live in Glasgow area so the weather wont be an issue most of the time. I'm more wondering about the difference in size of the tyres!
These are very very good tyres, long life so far and don't look like they will need replacing any time soon so I won't be buying any from this deal.

unfortunately not - don't play around with that unless you have expert advice ((yes it can be done, though, if you know what you're doing, might invalidate insurance & cost you £1 million so be warned)

keeping to your original size, you need these amazon.co.uk/gp/…h=1

£149.50/ tyre
Damn, they don't produce in 225/35/17 size..grr.
£65 for my car, almost seems a pity I don't need new tyres at the moment. Fronts have managed 20k miles and backs are on 30k+. Seems a bargain for a relatively high end tyres however.
225/45/17 went up to £105 now
Price gone up now
