So voting cold cos you think its expensive ?
or
Voting cold cos you have seen it cheaper elsewhere?. Will happily return it anyone has seen it cheaper elsewhere?

They are expensive yes, but they last a long time, they are well made and the customer service is second to none. It better than a £10 throw away because it breaks scooter.

They are the best scooters on the market. Hot

my daughter wants one, i told her she can want she aint getting one its shocking at that price for a scooter!

this is a great price for this scooter - so HOT.......
- although i also would struggle to spend that much on a scooter. my kids have had the mini micros (age 3 - 5) and they are amazing scooters. the handle bars are fixed so kids need to lean into the turns to steer - it makes it much more stable and easy to use.
Is perhaps also worth noting that these sell (used) on ebay for practically the same price as a new one as people are so desperate to get them - so maybe not such a bad investment if you're gonna sell it on when it's outgrown or cast aside

Some costs alot being made of chrome alloy, etc. Alloy wheels, double decks, the list goes on. I bought my some one for £130 but he still wanted the one for £250. Each to their own I guess.

I have 2 of the Micro Scooters, that cost £30 from John Lewis last year. They are now £50, so basically when the company realised they were on to a winner they jacked the price up. I refuse to pay this sort of money for a scooter for the school run! It's a joke. My 12 year old has a Madd Gear that cost £200, but he needs a scooter that is sturdy and strong, as he gets 7 foot air on a ramp, and a JD bug would crumple! My 7, 9 and 10 yr olds have £50 JD Bugs (which I resented lol!) but after 5 they can easily manage a normal scooter. The Micro is brilliant, but for the few years they would use this it is ridiculous.
Parents have noticed at our school that the only kids who have these are about 6 and eldest children!!! Everyone knows that 7 yr olds start on the 'JD Bug' nightmare!

no better scooter on the market in this sector. Very well made, kids love them. Pay £90 now and sell in 3 years time for £70.

or buy a scooter for £50 and chuck after it falls apart......

OMG! Kids are soooo spoilt these days...and before I get any abuse yes I do have kids 4 of them!

So Good reviews from users of these scooters and they sturdyness, resale value etc. But still voted cold. I give up, every "Hot" deal i find from now on is mine.

anything that gets them outside playing and getting exercise is hardly spoiling them. Spoiling them is spending the money on chocolate, sweets and biscuits for them to eat while sat in front of the 60" plasma screen watching some american junk !

rant over

its called supply and demand. Every product sells this way, if they keep selling out they put the price up !

do keep sharing, there are more sensible people on here than idiots. I think

I think no matter what the cost is, a discount of 10% plus free delivery doesnt necessarily make it a "hot deal". It may help some people save a bit of money but it isnt to me, discounted enough to get heat, I am afraid.

I know the feeling lol! I vote & comment on deals now but very rarely post anymore for the same reasons! I voted hot by the way! These scooters are brilliant, the manufacturers custom made my disabled child a handle bar, shipped it to me aswell free of charge! You get what you pay for. My kids have these they are well built, safe, and as above they resell for virtually what you pay for them! Plus another point to say is jojo service is brilliant too!

Hang in there hun, there are still plenty of us that appreciate your posts

i got one for about £98 2 years ago (yes, I nearly fainted - I NEVER spend that much on anything!!!) however, it's been used 2-5 times DAILY since then, and when the main plate/deck etc cracked 6 months ago they replaced the lot for free (we got to choose colours!). Price per use is MUCH better than the £10 we had before that rusted. These are amazing - HIGHLY recommended!!
