Micro Scooters Mini Deluxe Scooter in Blue.

They’re not cheap, but I’ve been watching for a while, and it’s a good price drop. Normally priced towards £80 on a good day.

If you’re after one for Christmas - Now’s the tome to buy.

Almost the cheapest it’s ever been according to camels.

I’m looking for a scooter for my 2 and half year old. Why should I spend this much on a scooter for him? Is it really worth it?

The reviews on this scooter are excellent, so I suppose it all depends on how much money you want to spend? Sadly my granddaughter is too old now, other I’d have bought one
Extremely well made. We have 2 and have just bought the next model up for my 5 year old. When my daughter was learning to scooter she was very accident prone. Initially I tried a cheap scooter and then she had a go on a micro scooter. The difference was perceptible. I think it really depends on your child’s ability on whether you can get away with a cheap one. Also they hold there value when you come to sell it.

These are great scooters, all 3 of my girls have them started with the mini 2 of which are still going strong 4 years on and given to friends smaller children we are now on 3 Maxi ones oldest has been going 6 years and is still fine (though 11yo has stopped using it now at high school) they are used for the school run 90% of the time and I’ve never had any problems with them

They are well made, though part of why they have such a good rep for being easy to use is that they had a patent on the lean to steer mechanism, however that has expired so some of the cheaper scooters now do that too.
Personally if he hasn't tried a friend's I would get a cheaper one. Or a micro one 2nd hand. Some kids love scooting some aren't bothered. If he has used a scooter before and likes it then at least you know it's worth the extra.
Oxelo do one, they make scooters (as opposed to toys)

We have 4 micro scooters, including a mini. Excellent build quality, great customer service too. They are so quiet, the cheaper brands used to drive me crazy taking the kids out with their rattling on the pavements. The larger scooter also hold an adult weight so will last forever.
Thanks, ordered. Anybody know of any offers for the seat attachment?
My little one had a maxi micro for her 5th Birthday. She is confident on it and found it easy to use. She loves scooting now. Prior to that she had ozbozz which she struggled with as it doesn't handle as well which had put her off scooting altogether. So I'd say definitely worth the money.
My 2 children have had them, they last for years. We bought our then 3 year old (he’s 8 now) a maxi micro rather than the mini micro. I didn’t see the point in buying the mini as the maxi (albeit a little bit heavier) on it’s lowest height setting was the same as the mini micro. I’m not too sure how the mini deluxe compares but Im glad we didn’t buy him a mini as he’s still using it now
Same price at John Lewis, this is probably Amazon price matching.
