This camera is awful in artificial lighting unless its very bright.

These cameras have problem within windows were they show up as usb20 and not vx6000 and you cannot install drivers,also as soon as you install the software it flashes the webcam and makes it useless, my one cannot be used as a webcam just an expensive low quality mic. i had mine for a year or so and only used it as a webcam for bout 2 months before they upadted software and broke it.
Also microsoft want £15 for a support call to be raised RIPP OFF i havent voted either way.

I have this buddy, Replace one by Microsoft after 16 months of use, usb wire was broken because of children use. Microsoft replace within 14 day after filling online repair form even i lost my original reciept. Overall good camera and exellent Microsoft service.
