Not quite they message you a product activation code & link to download. Usualy within 24 hours, check out recent amazon reviews for details.

It's not a subscription version, so it shouldn't but do peruse the Amazon reviews for it.

It's Amazon, not eBay. Check the reviews.

Agreed. A moan at Amazon always gets some sweetener from them if there's an issue.
The usual scam. Good luck to anyone foolish enough to buy such rubbish amazon.co.uk/Mic…ews
oos
I'm a user of Orifice 2016 at work. It is unbelievably pants: user-hostile, incredibly slow and it has really caned my productivity.
Deal: upvoted for deal price vs. "normal" purchase price but minus several million degrees for the wretched product

The reviews on amazon are for office 2016 not the reviews of this seller selling dodge codes amazon should stand up and stop these being sold and ripping people off even if it is only £8.00

I've switched to LibreOffice at home and overall it does the job, however simple copy and paste functions between apps is very complicated, whereas in Office it just works, you pay more for a more polished product. I still use google for both Libreoffice and Office because both hide or make very complicated some simple processes. I really miss OfficeXP - lots of options, lots of customisation and clippy
Is this 32 or 64 bit?
Missed again.
Something's not right...
Worked fine for me
It might not be the case now but it was once the case (last 2 years) that if your employer was a Microsoft customer then staff usually benefit from an office similar to this in price.

Am I a bad person for still finding Office 2003 perfectly adequate?

No not really. I find Word Perfect still does everything I need it to

I have done, still not purchased as this is clearly not a genuine seller of Office and I might s well download the crack for office from the net as pay for a dodgy code.

Back in stock
Thanks, got one.
Bought Thank you.
And I got it for nowt
Worked a treat, I usually know these are some sort of scam, either codes from OEMs or something else shady but it beats paying for Office365 for another year.
£20 now
Confirmed, back to £20
Didn't last long.... OOS
Can anybody that buys this kind of thing explain why? I totally understand you want to get the office apps without paying Microsoft anything. It's wrong but I understand it. What I don't understand is why you're more than willing to pay money to con artist / scam merchants instead.

If you're going to steal the software, why pay anyone else? Just activate it yourself via one of the many free methods you can easily find online.

If you pay Microsoft, the money goes into software development or some other positive use. Buying from this type of seller, where's your money going? At best it'll be invested in some other nefarious venture, at worst you're funding blatant criminal activity.

I really don't understand it and would appreciate a genuine reply - not a "someone's got a hard on for Bill Gates' type response

Well said, totally agree.

With a genuine O365 purchase you get 5 installs sell the other 4 to friends family etc then it only works out £16 a year each and you always have the latest genuine licensed software.

I certainly would not pay this guy anything for hat is as you said, a not genuine copy. I can save myself £8 by doing exactly what these people are doing. I do however think that considering how many copies of office are sold, the selling price should be realistic, why would people be tempted to go down this route if the product was a fair price in the first place.
