Microsoft Office 365 - 5 user - 1 year subscription.

This is normally about £65 from Amazon, and it is great value for money when you compare it to the single user license which is more expensive at £42.99.

I'm using it to renew my current subscription and will be ideal for all the new laptops purchased for Christmas!

You can either order a license card which will be shipped out to you or go for the download code which will be available instantly.

Physical Card

All-new Office 2016 applications

Office 365 comes fully loaded with the latest and greatest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook and more, downloaded directly to your favourite devices. You can keep working even if you are not online. All the tools you know and love, now built for even greater productivity and collaboration.

What's Included

Up to 5 household members can use one subscription, and each person will get 1 TB cloud storage and 60 monthly Skype minutes. Office 365 Home helps you get things done from virtually anywhere, on all your devices.

1-year subscription for 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets including iPad, Android, or Windows, plus 5 phones
Full, installed 2016 versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more
60 Skype minutes per month and 1 TB OneDrive online storage for up to 5 users
Upgrades always included

Renew Your Current License And Stack Codes

You can renew your current subscription for more than one year by purchasing more licenses. I've just renewed mine until Dec 2021.

Use this page to add your new license to your current account: setup.office.com/

When you add an Office 365 subscription plan to an account that already has an Office 365 for home subscription, any remaining time from your current subscription is added to the new one. For example, if you have 6 months left on your current Office 365 Home subscription plan and you add a new yearly Office 365 Home subscription to your account, we’ll extend it to 18 months.

If you try to add too many subscriptions at once to the same account, you’ll get a Redemption Failed error because you can’t exceed the 5-year limit.

What happens if I add another Office 365 for home subscription plan to my account?

Thanks to twangyferret for the link for the 5 year limit.

Merry Christmas to all, hope this helps some of you out.

If i get this, can I use it to renew when my current subscriptions ends in a few months?

This was taken from an Amazon review:

Rather than pay my renewal subscription direct to Microsoft one year on, … Rather than pay my renewal subscription direct to Microsoft one year on, I opted to purchase this from Amazon instead as it was £15 cheaper. I waited until the day my previous licence ran out, then rather nervous that it might have made me re-download the entire package simply clicked on the link that came with my purchase acknowledgement email from Amazon and miraculously all was settled! I didn't even have to type in a new licence code or anything, it just upgraded my renewal date for a year hence. Great!!

Yes, that's what I'm doing. I've actually bought two and I'll use it again next year. I don't think that will be an issue but don't buy two on my say so. Buying one to renew your current subscription will be fine though.

can't see why a code bought now can't be used next year

Neither can I, but I don't want to say it'll be fine when something may happen next year preventing it working. It's a decent saving so I'm willing to take the risk.

Assuming you already have a Home subscription, you can just apply the license to your existing subscription and it'll extend it by 12 months.

Thanks!! extended to dec 2018

That's not the same product

Is there a cheaper way to renew the home plans everyone has from the glitch?

good deal, thanks

Great deal Silver 47, added two years to my account!

I just want ms word, can i not just buy older version of office like office 2000 etc.

Thanks OP. Excellent deal, particularly for a family. Worth it for 5 x 1TB OneDrive accounts alone.

this is i think the best value for money i have seen for a long time, great product, 5 devices plus hand held devices..

Maybe someone could tell me the difference between this and 2016 Microsoft office professional plus. The key codes sell for around £20 on eBay and you only need to pay once.

Flubit rejected my first attempt then offered £34.48 on both the second and third tries.

If off ebay not normally key codes but slighty dodgy downloads, you will be sent a link to torrent websites to download program

Yeah, each code will add 12 months to your account. I'm not sure of there's a maximum amount you can stack but if there is it's certainly more than two.

Yes. I did this a while ago and it did work without any issues.

Brilliant - thanks OP, saved me a good deal of money.

Does this still work?

Thanks so much OP, great deal and took a matter of seconds from ordering to entering the code on setup.office.com

I can confirm this works and I've stacked up to 2019. Great find

Of course you can if you're happy with a 16 year old program and to be honest Word 2000 does what many people want. You can probably pick up a copy from ebay for a few quid. Security wise it might be not wise as there's no doubt some vulnerabilities with using such old unsupported programs.

Thank op, great price

Thanks, bought 2 last month for £50 each, just bought 2 more to top up for a few years.

Cheers op, extended to Sep 2018 :), might just get another!
Edit: I did! So Sep 2019 for me

Edited by: "lawe" 25th Dec 2016

Thanks for pointing out the vulnerabilities issue. I want a software to be on my system and this subscription thing is just confusing. I prefer the old way of buying software installing and getting updates from Microsoft.

This price sure is amazing.

You can still get it as a perpetual license, it's simply sold as Office 2016 rather than Office 365.

Note that older versions of office won't work with newer versions of Windows. I believe the newest version that will work with Windows 10 is Office 2010, but you should double check that.
