Hoping they do the offer again towards the end of the year to take a nice chunk out of the new consoles price.

Thank you for the heads up
It doesn’t appear to be active yet?
After today’s point I will have exceeded 60k, if I redeem this on the last day of validity it would give me £60 for a new game to buy before 11th May.

Not sure if that’s too early for the likes of the new AC going up for preorder,

Does anyone know how often is this promotion on?
Yeah its active. I got £15 on the rewards

Jesus I literally redeemed £5 late last night for some Witcher 3 DLC, thinking this offer would never arrive!!
Thanks OP

Agreed, annoying credit from rewards lasts 3 months only. Also trying to save, but then get tempted by sales
Just in time for the release of the Rainbow Six Siege year pass. Cyberpunk 2077 is also available for pre order which is due out in April.
Dammit. Im saving my points to buy The Stanley Parable but its been delayed till Summer with no release date. I wish they wouldnt put a 3month expiry on credit paid with points.

Does anyone know if you have a number of countries associated with your account (e.g. I have US, Canadian, Argentinian, Turkish billing options) whether it is possible to redeem the Microsoft Rewards into foreign currency vouchers?
How do you get the points. Is it just through completing games etc

Bing searches , quizes and now quests

Rewards can be fruitful but if you miss a day and lose a massive streak it is slightly soul destroying so ended up stopping

Just redeemed £15 but didn't realise until redeeming the bit about it only lasting 90 days - that's pretty pants! I'm sure I'll find a use though.

Hoarding my points at the moment but it is a problem if the pre-order's are out more than 3 months before release.

I've already had one previous issue with a small pre-order in the past whereby the £5 gift card expired before MS billed my pre-order (credit card's are usually charged ~10 days prior to product release) but thankfully I was compensated for the loss (was given bad advice from an MS support member).

Reckon I shall wait for the next sale then nothing game wise I want aside from cyberpunk and that’s already preordered
Nice. I have over 80k points saved. Hopefully I’ll find something I want within the next 3 months.
Nice. Thanks op. Going to spend the 20k I been sitting on now.

This is what I'm doing too, hoping this offer is back in play by then.
Aren't they usually 5850 for £5? That's how much I just hit so I can redeem.
Some World of Tanks goodies rolling my way.

Yes, and now they are 5000 for £5
Excuse my stupidity but where do the points come from so you can convert them Into a gift card?

The easiest way to get points is to change your mobile search engine to Bing. Pop onto your rewards page online & do the daily activities to gain points. Also the rewards app on the xbox will get you plenty of points just by playing games (getting achievements etc).
Whatever you do dont use a vpn to use the US rewards site . I did after advice on a thread on here and got banned . Gutted I can’t access this

Same here, I converted two lots of reward points to MS store credit only to realise the 3 months expiry thing this morning. I wanted them for purchases I might come across in the future. I've emailed to ask if they can convert them back to reward points so I can use them for gift cards that are a little more flexible with their expiry dates.

How on earth do you lot get so many point. Had an xbox one since day 1 launch and every Microsoft console on each day 1 launch. Yet I have 137 points. Baffled

Yeah you can. I did it with Aus, so I could play final fantasy 7 early.

I don't actively do any quests, yet I had close on 7000 points. Just play the gamepass games and pop in to the app a couple of times a month to claim the points. You have to claim the points or you won't get them.
I've only for 5,200 points, I see people with 80k, how on earth do you achieve so many
You don't mess about. I was just going to post this. Heat from me. I've managed to save 50000 points just for this deal.

90 per day for Bing desktop searches. 60 per day for Bing mobile searches. Around 50-80 per day clicking a couple of links on the rewards page. 150 every 10 days for maintaining a streak. Also get points for spending in the Xbox store.

Do it every day. There's also a rewards app on console, which provides other ways to earn points.

Yes, and now they are 5000 for £5

I know its just the description says was 6300 which isn't true.
