I think its a good deal. Heat given

Computerman - did you realise the first 3 links you gave were for a wired mouse? I know you posted the labtec one so not sure why you think its not much of a deal

Only one of those is wireless and none of them are made by microsoft!

heat added good deal OP:thumbsup:!

I have used Labtec in the past - not that impressed.

For a wireless Microsoft Mouse it's a good deal, heat added.

3 of these are NOT wireless:?

was thinking or ordering this seems good price is it any good?

i never said they were cordless, the labtec one is and so is the keyboard and mouse set, buying the keyboard and mouse set is better value, logitech is better than microsoft. I swear there was a logitech one on the under £5 promotion too but they must of taken it off today.

Can anybody advise how long the batteries will last before you have to recharge them? Just a rough idea? Thank you.

If you put alkaline batteries in they will last for months, maybe even a year. Never tried rechargeables in microsoft products simply because normal batteries last so long.

I have never found a mouse that wasn't made by Logitech or Microsoft to be any good!

(Before someone says Dell (or some other system maker) makes good ones, they are often re-badged Logitechs.

Voted Hot! And ordered one for use next time I build a PC for someone.

perfect for a spare/laptop use, i have a wired version and its nice to use

cheap as chips and good for a spare
hot from me.

not if you only want a mouse

[QUOTE=Computerman;6123911 logitech is better than microsoft. .[/QUOTE]

hot for this price particularly it is microsoft.

My MS Laser 5000 lasts a couple of months even on rechargeables. Liek you say on alkaline it just lasts months and months..

Another note on mice. Those others that were posted are pretty junk. Even the mouse and keyboard bundle isn't great. Not bad value for money but imo the cheap Logitech mice are not as good as the cheap MS mice.
Their more expensive stuff is superb though (using a VX nano now)

Hot deal.

cool, just ordered one, cheers OP

Is Nice!!

Why pick on only my post;-) could it be you didn’t like me pointing people to a better deal than your hard drive deal:whistling: Cordless non cordless Nowhere near the same:p

In your opinion, not in a lot of other peoples - Microsoft Mice & Keyboards have the best build quality for me as logitech gear always feels flimsy. Though my MS mouse sometimes falls asleep!

Good deal OP!

agree with all this, ms make great mice, logitech imo never quite as nice.

my ms wired optical is superb but does need replugging to wake now and then.

Great price. Must cost Play a few bob in postage alone.

I prefer wired: no changing batteries after days of wondering whether your batteries are going dead or whether it's just being glitchy, all while working up the motivation to change them

looks good, but there are other MS optical that seem to be the next model up for only a few quid more..............not sure whether to go for the cheapest, or get sucked into spending on the supposedly better?

I've used my Dell mouse for about 5 years I think, it's been amazing.

Havn't tried any other though, and I could use one for a netbook I'm looking at.

Hot deal. :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

just for info, i got the mouse today, and it's cack, the scroller wheel doesn't scroll consistently (like the cogs are slipping)
