Mine's running lovely. Has 3 years of JL warranty for the same price as this deal

Never had an issue on mine but I do have the top range i7. I believe the issues are with the ones on the lower end that have the m3 processors.

Bought the same laptop back in January for this price. OK, they put it back up shortly afterwards, but that was 10 months ago ! Yes, it's a good laptop and i haven't had any problems, but I would have thought these would either have run out of stock or be cheaper still. NB. this is NOT the Surface 2, its the original Surface Pro. Also moneychop doesn't know what he/she is talking about, there never has been a M3 Surface Book (only available in the Surface Pro) - this one advertised is the base spec for the Surface Book.

Oos, remember to use the report expired button, folks.

No Surface Book has an m3 processor.

These were plagued with issues, yes. I had two and returned both. I guess I was unlucky but the issues I faced were quite well documented. For me it was chassis bend and the clipboard not unclipping among others.

Anyway this deal is out of stock and the older Book (1st gen), personally I wouldn't recommend them unless the form factor is really important as it's just an overpriced ultrabook with middling specs otherwise.

I don't recommend, unless you buy from JL. Microsofts 1 year warranty is not long enough...
