Is this an upgrade from Vista Basic or a downgrade from XP?

wait for the sp1 interegrated version. They also have dropped the price..so it will be more cheaper for students

Nice price if you have kids at school and students, the basement also has them for £60 but only for kids at school and not students,i will order one on my next pc build

not a bad price but surely it shouldnt be worth £250 since its just an upgrade version, scan have an oem version of vista ultimate(64bit too) for
Voted hot though :).

Of course you can clean install through the widely recognised loop hole that seems to tacitly endorsed by Microsoft see windowssecrets.com/200…SP1

Would this come with an COA sticker (and would it say upgrade on it if it does)
Thanks

dont bother stick with xp i got a free upgrade disc when i got my pc it caused nothing but trouble so i went back to xp. got a virus so decided to format my hard drive and give it a nother go so i did the clean install as mentioned above, still **** now gone back to xp and more than happy.

Still not worth it at that price - how about I buy a happy meal for my nephew and get a copy for free? That would be good for me.
