where is the 180 day trial only shows 120 day trial for me?

180 days is six months. so my guess is either of them is wrong

It is clearly flagged on the site as a 120 day trial - ie 4m, not 6m/180d.

And the £4.58 price is BEFORE any VAT - didn't go so far as to find out if they regarded it as VATable.

Home Server was reviewed in latest PC Pro magazine as an interesting product, although they also highlighted freeware alternatives.

Think I'll wait to see if it gets included on a PC Pro or PCWorld cover DVD before sending MS anymore money. Their DREADFUL Windows Vista upgrade programme has put me off any e-commerce with them. That was one of the WORST e-commerce experiences I've had in the last 5 years and must have persuaded hundreds of thousands of MS customers that they do NOT walk the talk. They never even apologised either!

Incidentally while I was browsing this MS Home Server website to look at the details/T&Cs etc, I found IT was a badly behaved website. While I was waiting for it I'd go to another IE window, but the MS site would retake the Windows desktop focus to itself - so I'd be typing in another window and suddenly find myself back at the MS site - they really don't get the customer plot!

4 months is fine. All you need to do is create an installed image and then just reflash it.
