Good stuff, am torn between this and the trust one at Amazon. This looks slightly better I think.

My mistake, it's trust.

amazon.co.uk/Tru…1-7

does that work with ps3?

Anyone recommend a good gaming keyboard?

Good Gaming keyboard has to be the Logitech G15 (which i am using)

I have been using Microsoft Keyboards/Mice for the last couple of years but have found a lot

of problems with them, needing to re-boot to reload mouse drivers and such, i have switched

to the G15 Keyboard and MX518 mouse (Both Logitech) with no problems!.

My game playing experience has become more enjoyable with the logitech products.

Microsoft products try to rely on the name to sell rather than the quality (IMHO).

i got the version 1 g15

does the mouse have a decent battery life?

Great kit, had this for about 3 years now. Batteries last ages!

It's well built but the range is ****, it'll be fine on a desk though, no good for an HTPC

I got this many years ago; highly recommended.
Battery life = extremely good.
Not buying this as, although the mouse died a few months ago, the keyboard is still going strong.
However, I'm now using the MS Wireless Mouse 5000 & don't like it (specifically I don't like the tiltwheel); if anyone sees a good deal for a new MS Wireless Optical Mouse 2000, please post the deal!!

Now I can understand why they refer to these mice and keyboards as wireless, but on what basis are they categorised as optical? Also, I've heard of laser mice/keyboards - again, why are these labelled as such?

I'm not keen on Microsoft keyboards at all - much prefer Logitech but don't normally have issues with Microsoft mouses

I'd go Logitech for both but this sounds like a reasonable price
