The 4000 version (not sure of the difference as they are still wireless and look pretty much the same) (mouse looks a bit different) is on ebuyer for £29.99 so buy something else cheap and use google checkout and you could get this for nearer to £20 without having to leave the house get it

Whats the differences between the 4000 and 5000 ? (I already have the 4000 comfort for work and actually dont find it that comfortable after several hours) ..... mouse is nice tho.

not sure of diffrences but i have this one myself (got it for £15 on a store staff deal)

it works pretty well but sometimes mouseclicks are a bit slow to respond

Thanks, it was a bit rambling.

whats the cheapest thing on ebuyer i can add to my order to get it for 20?

Cheapest thing I've found is 12 rubbish AA batteries for 94p (inc VAT).

Link: ebuyer.com/UK/…342

Might be worth paying a bit more and getting 8 decent AA ones for £3.92 (inc VAT)

Link the second: ebuyer.com/UK/…559

Or 16 AA ones for £4.49 (inc VAT), which is probably a better deal.

Link C: ebuyer.com/UK/…008

And if you're really intent on saving the pennies to a staggering degree, 92p for 12 "heavy duty" AA batteries

Link iv): ebuyer.com/UK/…nfo

So, basically, batteries.

Couldn't find any info on this... I think it's just the Comfort 4000 model with the 5000 mouse...? Can anyone back me up on this?
I've ordered the 4000 from ebuyer, but it's taking ages to come... been nearly a week since I ordered and it still says "in progress".

I think eBuyer might be struggling to get the vast amount of Google Checkout orders out.

The 5000 differs slightly from the 4000. Yes the mouse is upgraded...more ergonomic and more accurate. The keyboard is identical apart from the buttons down the left hand side. On the 5000 these are geared towards photo editing wheres on the 4000 they are for mail, home page etc but can be programmed to do just about anything on both. The 5000 comes with Microsoft Digital Imaging Software.

Hope this helps.

Its just a pity that someone trumped me with the 36p mousemat. Still, I claim the cheapest useful item prize (there was a prize on offer right? WHAT!?), cos who doesn't have about 4 mousemats lying around?

Cracking review Neal cheers.

Went into my local Staples tonight (Wednesday 16th May).

This keyboard/mouse offer is still available.

Decided to treat my self to one as my existing keyboard and mouse have been passed down from PC to PC so need updating.
