Good deal for donkeys then..
Also seems a decent price, till you realise you need to spend about £20 on a power supply, and about £35-40 on a controller. Few quid on HDMI and headset to match what you'd normally get in the box.
In the end you're only spending a little less than a new slim console with everything in brand new condition and probably bundled with some games.

I don't really have time to trade games in or sell them on ebay. I'm playing the long game and waiting until after Brexit to see what happens to prices (it might not matter if people are fighting for food); possibly longer than that if the deals aren't that good and waiting for Stadia to see how that affects prices.
There is also the smallest chance I impulse buy it when there's a deal too good to pass up.
So you’re comparing a first gen Xbox to the Xbox One X.
I mean if you compared it to the Xbox S then that would have made sense.
The first gen Xbox’s are awful reliability wise ... avoid

They'd probably buy your 360 from you, but they wouldn't give much for it.......better to sell it on Gumtree or FB or even ebay.
I must be lucky then as we still have a fully functioning fat in our house from 1st 6 months 😁
I agree! I just handed down my original Xbox one and only nieces but I still think it will outlast my Xbox one s that has had problems since day one whilst the original xbone has been faultless!
can you confirm this?
I love these type of useful comments.. similarly I really want a Ferrari but can't justify the expense
Really? I’m not doubting your word but I know plenty of people with original Xbox’s and they are all fine. I wouldn’t buy one myself I would go for the s or x but as a spare it’s a good price.
Fair enough mate, but the issue I had with the original was that the power brick failed and damaged the Xbox 1. So even when I changed the power brick the console wouldn’t work due to power shortage which occurred earlier.
Got an Xbox S now, touch wood that works fine.
I guess being a 360 owner that suffered multiple RROD, I thought the Xbox 1 first gen would have been built better.
Also if these a repaired Xbox’s then god help you even with their warranty.
I'm still waiting on a really good deal for a Lamborghini
Nothing wrong with the one I had, only got rid as Id bought the console in the BF1 green.
I've sold all the games, and after fees, I now have a brand new console for £100... (actually £67, but we won't go in to that one).
so a choice of little work, for a new console over no work and an old original console, i'd go for the the former any day.
like others, i'm unsure why this deal has so much heat.
My experience with original 360 was closer to 6 in a single year!
Still loved the 360 though!
My white xbox one x overheated last week, its now having a little holiday in Frankfurt.
Think they came out Oct last year.
You sold the controller too because you already had one?
I agree though - I bought the All digital edition for £179. Will sell FIFA (£30), Minecraft, Forza and Sea of Thieves (£20?) and both controllers (£30x2 - I already have 5) and I'll have a 1tb Xbox One S for about £70.
Or I could sell the console with the controller for about £130-140 and make a little profit.
Link please. Thanks

Last day for the discount today mind
Only good for someone who's console has gone wrong, but even then i'd be temped to buy a whole new one and sell off what you dont need.
Where can I buy an s at this price please?
