Middle Earth: Shadow of War Expansion Pass for PC £18.47 at GMG

Found 9th Jan
Normally £32, I know the first two dlc were only extra Orc Tribes (£11.99 each on Steam so already a saving there), there are two story driven dlc for release in this year (February and May) which are included in the expansion pass. Need to have original game on Steam.

I started playing this but when I read about the end being a grind I stopped playing as any game now with loot boxes puts me off as you don't know how hard the developers will make the game to entice you to pay to win, how long did the end take for you and was it worth it?

Yeah act 4 is really bad, its a endless grind, its like a tack on job last minute for the developers.(same for the lootboxes) Although the end of Act III is the real ending, and end of act 4 is a bonus ending really. I know lootcrates are shit, but honestly, you will never need to use them, you pick up so much silver / gold coins in game you don't really need to purchase anything, I mean if you really detest the loot boxes, you can use cheat engine and modify your silver coins as its not server sided :/.

In terms of hours...act 1-3 was probably a small amount of hours. Act 4 took an endless amount of hours, (sorry cant remember the exact amount its like a 1:3 ratio though) as you have to train your orks up, to compete with the fortress attacks and defenses.

Although saying all of that, I have quite enjoyed it? its odd. I loved SOM and this is one of my favourite games of the year (2017). Planning to go through Gravewalker difficulty next.

I don't know anything about cheat engines, I'm getting through Assassin's Creed Origins at the moment which is great and reminds me of Witcher 3 type of game play but once I finish it I'll give Shadow of War another chance as I loved Mordor and played it for many hours even got side tracked just killing orcs.

Ah, well, you should find enough currency in game anyway. Assassins creed origins is excellent, reminds me I need to play that again. The visuals and gameplay are outstanding! Yeah Its always fun just killing orks, especially when they become deranged or they cheat death, makes it a little more personal haha.
